Lindsay Harris, LCSW, QMHP

Lindsay is a warm, open-minded individual who strives to provide a comforting environment to cultivate growth and healing. She knows that clients are experts on themselves, which allows her to create an understanding from their perspective. She relies on a strengths-based, client-centered, collaborative approach. Lindsay prides herself on being an “out of the box” thinker, and her creativity shines through in her practice. 

Lindsay has her Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Dakota. She is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) and a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) in the state of South Dakota. Additionally, she is trained to provide community education of ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) as well as Enough Abuse (Child Sexual Abuse Prevention) curricula. 

Lindsay is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, and she utilizes components of Emotionally Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in her practice. Lindsay has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with emotional and behavioral difficulties. She specializes in
trauma, crisis management, depression, anxiety, ADHD, foster care and adoption, and she is committed to providing LGBTQ+ affirming care. 

In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family, including their two noble pugs: Sergeant
Paulie and Princess Penelope.
